You may request a refund within 24-36 hours after placing your order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Instagram DM: Alternatively, you can direct message us on Instagram at @wizottle with your order number and refund request.

 

Processing Refunds

 

• If your refund request is approved and your order has not been shipped, we will process your refund within 24-36 hours.

 

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
